The Most Unlikely Success Story

I was raised by a single mom with very little money. At nine years old, I sold avocados door to door to buy a pair of tennis shoes. 

Those avocados turned into closing over $1 billion in sales — and yes, I got my shoes.

But success didn’t start there.
And fulfillment didn’t automatically follow.

 

The Corporate Wins That Didn’t Feel Like Winning

As a former Fortune 100 executive running billion-dollar sales divisions, I had the title and the boardroom wins. From the outside, it looked powerful — like I had made it.

Inside, something felt off. I watched brilliant women shrink in rooms they had earned their way into, hushing their own voice.

So I did something that surprised everyone.

I QUIT. Not because I couldn’t win — but because I knew I was meant for more. Because I was ready to build a life and a business that reflected my values and life on my terms.

And that’s when everything shifted.

 

The Dream I Almost Didn’t Launch

For 13 years, I kept my dream No Glass Ceiling®  tucked away in a drawer. I told myself I was "waiting for the right time."

My mom gave me the only permission slip I ever needed: “I believe in you, follow your dreams.”

But I didn't.

Successful, but secretly paralyzed by "what ifs." 

Then, the "right time" never came. Instead, the unthinkable did. 

My mother died in my arms while I was eight months pregnant with our first son. In that moment, the boardroom wins meant nothing. The billion-dollar closings felt hollow.

I realized my dream business was held hostage. 

For 13 years, I built everything except the one thing that mattered most — my legacy.

In reality, I was afraid.

On January 9th—what would have been my mom’s birthday— I hosted the first No Glass Ceiling® event.

I didn't have a "perfect" funnel.
I didn't have a "perfect" offer.

I had a mission that was finally louder than my fear. 

And something shifted.

→ 48 countries in 9 months — all word of mouth.
