The Most Unlikely Success Story

I was raised by a single mom with very little money. At nine years old, I sold avocados door to door to buy a pair of tennis shoes.

Those avocados turned into closing more sales than I can count — and yes, I got my shoes.

But success didn’t start there.
And fulfillment didn’t automatically follow.

The Corporate Wins That Didn’t Feel Like Winning

As a former Fortune 100 executive running billion-dollar sales divisions, I had the title and the boardroom wins. From the outside, it looked powerful — like I had made it.

Inside, something felt off. I watched brilliant women shrink in rooms they had earned their way into, hushing their own voice.

So I did something that surprised everyone.

I QUIT. Not because I couldn’t win — but because I knew I was meant for more. Because I was ready to build a life and a business that reflected my values and how I wanted to operate.

And that’s where a new chapter began.

 

 

The Moment That Changed Everything

On January 9th—what would have been my mom’s birthday— I hosted the first No Glass Ceiling® event.

I didn't have a "perfect" funnel.
I didn't have a "perfect" offer.

I had a mission that was finally louder than my fear. 

And something shifted.
