These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Fire Horse Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of KellyFidel.com, NoGlassCeiling.com, PowerhouseCEO.com, and any related websites, programs, courses, digital products, communities, content, and services offered by the Company (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”), whether as a guest or registered user.

ELIGIBILITY

The Website and Services are offered only to users 18 years of age or older. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Website or purchasing or using any Company programs, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms may be updated or revised at any time in our sole discretion. Continued use of the Website or programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to the fees and payment schedule for the program selected at checkout.

Automatic Payments: If paying by credit card, debit card, or ACH, you authorize the Company to automatically charge all amounts due without additional consent. You consent to the sharing of payment information with third-party payment processors.
Payment in Full: Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required prior to program participation. Non-payment may result in immediate termination of access.
Late or Missed Payments: Failure to make any payment when due, or voluntary withdrawal from a program for any reason, does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the full program fee, including all remaining payments under any payment plan. You remain responsible for all amounts due even if you voluntarily withdraw. You agree to reimburse the Company for collection or legal fees incurred due to non-payment.

REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction with our products, programs and other items offered is of utmost importance to the Company.

Mastermind & Private Advisory Programs: All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks are permitted.
Other Programs: Refund policies are specific. Unless explicitly stated, all purchases are final. Digital programs may be refunded within 72 hours of purchase, at the discretion of the Company by emailing support@kellyfidel.com. After this period, all sales are final.

Refunds, if granted, immediately terminate your access to all Company content, programs, and licenses.

PRIVACY & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our data collection, use, and storage practices. Harass, threaten, or act disrespectfully toward the Company or other participants.
Use the Website, Programs, or forums for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Share private or proprietary information, screenshots, or content from other participants outside of the Program.
Post or engage in discriminatory, hateful, or offensive behavior based on sex, gender, age, ethnicity, race, disability, or other protected characteristics.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to any Program, content, or forum at any time, without notice or refund, if your conduct violates these Terms.
